For the Yogi…

Or Medium to Low Impact Workout

Admittedly I am not a Yogi even though I KNOW I should at least be doing more of it than I am, which is none. Anyway, these recommendations come from friends and costumers that love Yoga, Spin, Pilates and all those other low to medium impact workouts I need to be doing a lot more of… Just ask my knees!

#1 The Bra: Every exercise starts with the right bra. Actually, every day should start with the right bra and these two could definitely be worn everyday. The Bomber Bra is a classic and must have for active women of all levels. It fits true to size and at just $31-$33, you can affordably collect one of each color we carry (Navy, Black, White, Hot Pink, Purple, Red & Lime Green) The Luxe Strappy bra is another customer favorite because of its buttery soft material and beautiful, strappy back. Size down in this one for a more supportive fit.

#2 The Top: I can’t say enough about how much I love the feel of these two tops; the Kettle Moon Tank and Heavenly Long T. They both feel like Heaven but I guess they both can’t have the same name. Light as air, buttery soft and infinitely flattering. You can’t go wrong with either.

#3: The Leggings: If you want a shorts review from me, you are just going to have to ask for it because I am a leggings girl. These Pocket Drawstring Luxe are always in HIGH demand. If you see a pair, in any color, in your size, grab them now before they’re gone. I’m not kidding, they really do go that fast. Personally, I am bigger fan of the Brilliant line, at least when I am not running. DO NOT RUN IN BRILLIANTS. Otherwise, these are great for everything else.

#4 The Accessories: It might be hot during hot yoga but it cools off quickly once you leave the room, and everyone can benefit from the coverage of a soft, comfortable shawl. This Yoga Shawl will instantly become your go to throw on for any time your arms get chilly (as soon as you figure out how to put it on). Hard to do yoga without a good mat, but what I love most about our mat is that it is made to be completely combustible and, it’s PVC and Latex free! Last, but NEVER LEAST, everyone needs a good water bottle to carry with you all day everyday. I love these Summit water bottles by Simple Modern. They are about $20 and a portion of all their profits go to worthy causes.
